Debussy – Clair de Lune



Although it has become one of the most recognisable pieces of music, it is also one of those very rare works that is truly perfect in its simplicity. It is neither happy nor sad, yet is vast in its subtle expression, taking the listener on a magical journey out of this world.

Originally for pianoforte, it arranges beautifully for viola quartet, the sound quality of our instrument being ideal for this lovely music. 6 mins. M
