Presenting the complete work, all 4 concerti in a single volume, containing 2 separate versions with 3 possible combinations of ensemble.
Versions 1 can be played with a solo violist accompanied by viola orchestra, complete with ripieni and senza ripieni in much the same as the original work. Or it can be played simply as a solo quartet/concerto.
Versions 2 is played as a viola quartet, but where the melodic interest is now shared throughout, but with the 1st player having the more difficult part. Nice to have a choice!
