I have to confess, although I adore Handel’s music, I do find his viola parts extremely tedious to play. There are very few moments when he favours the violas with a bit a melody. Rather, we spend our time accompanying the violins whilst running on auto pilot and looking forward to the next meal.
However, I can now promise you that this does not apply to our exclusive version of this super work. Every player has lots of yummy melodies throughout. Bliss! 14 mins. M
